LEGAL NOTICE AND GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE AND WARRANTY

1. IDENTIFYING DATA AND SANITARY LICENSE

In compliance with the information duty contained in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following data of the company owning the web domain www.ondaschoque.net are reflected below:

Specific Sanitary Regulation (MDR / RD 192/2023)

In compliance with Royal Decree 192/2023, of March 21, which regulates medical devices in Spain, and in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) on obligations of distributors:

• Sanitary License: CORR MEDICAL S.L. holds the Prior Sanitary License for the Operation of Medical Device Facilities No. 9335-PS, granted by the Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS).
• Technical Director: Mr. Guillem Ferré Pujol is officially designated as Administrator and qualified Technical Director, responsible for supervising conformity, storage, traceability (UDI), and the correct execution of the company's technical activities.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE PORTAL

Access and/or use of this portal attributes the status of USER, who accepts, from said access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use reflected herein.

Use of the Website

The website provides access to information, services, programs, or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to CORR MEDICAL S.L. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. The USER undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents and services (including but not limited to) and not to use them to:

• Engage in illicit, illegal activities or those contrary to good faith and public order.
• Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, illegal-pornographic nature, or that apologizes for terrorism or violates human rights.
• Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of CORR MEDICAL S.L., its suppliers, or third parties.
• Attempt to access and, where applicable, use the email accounts of other users or manipulate their messages.

CORR MEDICAL S.L. reserves the right to remove all comments that violate the dignity of the person or that, in its judgment, are not suitable for publication, and is not responsible for the opinions expressed by users.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF COMMERCIAL WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICE (SAT)

3.1. Legal Framework of the Warranty

CORR MEDICAL S.L. guarantees its products in all their parts and workmanship against any manufacturing defects for a period of 24 months.

• Commencement of the warranty: It will be calculated from the date of the installation and commissioning report/certificate, or, failing that, from the issue date of the original purchase invoice.
• Scope of application: Applicable to all new products sold with a warranty or active contracts. Repairs, consumables, or spare parts have their own specific warranties described in the invoice or user manual.
• Execution: It consists of replacing or repairing defective parts at no cost to the client, executed exclusively by the Technical Assistance Service (SAT) of CORR MEDICAL S.L. Financial refunds will not be made; in exceptional and justified cases, credit notes will be issued to the client for the value of the goods. Complete replacements will only be made if the product is not repairable.

3.2. Special Regime for Consumibles and Probes (Pulse Limit)

In accordance with industrial technical specifications, the extended or standard warranties associated with shockwave probes will be limited and will not apply if the probe exceeds the pulses emitted under warranty in each case (1, 2, 5, 10 million pulses depending on each consumable product model). For consumables with a pulse warranty, pulses already emitted are excluded from coverage. In the event of a replacement under warranty, a proportional discount will be applied corresponding solely and exclusively to the non-emitted pulses with respect to the established limit.

3.3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will be completely voided in the following cases:

• Modification, alteration, or replacement of components by personnel not explicitly authorized by CORR MEDICAL S.L.
• Installation of accessories or spare parts not supplied by the company.
• Damage caused by vandalism, misuse, negligence, accidents (fire, flood), power surges, or connection to incorrect voltages.
• Deterioration due to natural wear and tear or aesthetics (covers, wheels, scratches, bumps).
• Products not originally supplied by CORR MEDICAL S.L.

3.4. Technical Assistance Service (SAT) Procedure

• Case Opening: The client must request technical assistance by writing to admin@corr.eu, indicating the problem, the serial number of the equipment, and providing the purchase invoice. The SAT will assign an official case number.
• Logistics: Products will be collected at the client's address and sent to the facilities designated by CORR MEDICAL S.L. Collection and return shipping costs will be borne by the client, unless it is expressly confirmed that the defect is covered by the warranty.
• Response Times: The replacement of parts under warranty will be carried out within a maximum period of 6 business days, and complete replacement within 10 business days, except in cases of force majeure or stock shortages duly notified. During the repair, CORR MEDICAL S.L. is not obliged to provide courtesy equipment replacement or compensation, unless explicitly contracted in a specific assistance agreement.
• Repair Warranty: All repairs or part replacements will have a 6-month warranty from the date of intervention or invoice. Interventions out of warranty must be paid in advance upon acceptance and full payment of the submitted quote.

3.5. Out-of-Warranty Rates

For any technical assistance not covered by the warranty, the following rates will apply:

• Specialized labor: €100 / hour (plus VAT).
• Travel: €0.45 / km, calculated from the headquarters in Amposta (Tarragona).
• Materials: Market price of the part or consumable.

4. ABANDONMENT CLAUSE AND RIGHT OF RETENTION OF MATERIAL

The client expressly acknowledges and accepts that any equipment, device, or material deposited at the facilities of CORR MEDICAL S.L. for review, diagnosis, or repair, which is not collected or whose service/spare part has not been paid for within a maximum period of six (6) months from the notification of the quote or completion of the service, will be legally and formally considered as abandoned material.

After this period has elapsed, CORR MEDICAL S.L. will be fully authorized, without the need for additional notice, to proceed with the definitive deregistration of the equipment, its scrapping, recycling, or treatment as waste in accordance with current regulations on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), without this generating any right to a claim, indemnification, or compensation of any kind in favor of the client.

Likewise, in accordance with the provisions of Article 1600 of the Spanish Civil Code, CORR MEDICAL S.L. will legitimately exercise its right of retention over the deposited material, not being obliged to return it until the client satisfies the full payment of the amounts owed for the services rendered.

5. ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY AND OPERATIONAL SUSTAINABILITY

5.1. WEEE and Packaging Compliance (Registration and SCRAP)

CORR MEDICAL S.L. is firmly committed to environmental protection, the circular economy, and minimizing the impact of its products throughout their entire life cycle:

• RII-AEE Registry: The company is officially registered in the National Registry of Producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipment (RII-AEE) of the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, with registration number 7056.
• Adherence to SCRAP (EEE): In compliance with Royal Decree 110/2015, CORR MEDICAL S.L. is part of the Collective System of Extended Producer Responsibility (SCRAP) through the ECOTIC Foundation to ensure the correct collection, decontamination, and recycling of professional medical equipment waste.
• Adherence to SCRAP (Packaging): To comply with current legislation on commercial packaging and containers, the company is adhered to the circular system of ECOTIC Envases, under the official Code: 09SCR-00004, guaranteeing that packaging waste becomes resources for new products.

5.2. Environmental Performance and Climate Neutrality (Auditable Milestones)

CORR MEDICAL S.L. operates under the following proactive sustainability standards:

• Net Zero Carbon Footprint: The electricity supply for the headquarters and workshops comes 100% from certified renewable sources, provided by the supplier Som Energia, SCCL (Official accreditation from the CNMC: GDO/DE/001/26), allowing for the consolidation of an operational net greenhouse gas emissions balance equivalent to:

• Sustainability in Mobility: The company's fleet of technical and industrial vehicles uses efficient engines with environmental badges (such as the hybrid model), drastically reducing emissions during service travel.
• "Paperless SAT" Operational Digitalization: The elimination of physical media for technical management is formalized. All documentation, work orders, quotes, and certifications are managed and indexed digitally through the integrated ecosystem.

6. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION (GDPR AND LOPDGDD)

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), the data processing of the website is detailed below:

• Data Controller: CORR MEDICAL S.L., with address at C/ Fortuny 3, 43870 Amposta (Tarragona).
• Purpose: Management of website users, handling of contact requests, processing of SAT services, and sending commercial information about products and services of the medical brands represented by the company, by any physical or electronic means.
• Lawfulness of Processing: The legal basis is the explicit consent of the data subject when submitting a form or the legitimate interest for the maintenance of the contractual or commercial relationship.
• Rights: The user may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure (cancellation), objection, restriction of processing, and data portability at any time. To do so, they must send a written communication to the email address contacto@corr.eu, indicating "GDPR" as reference and enclosing a copy of their identity document to prove ownership.

7. COOKIES POLICY

Cookies are automatic procedures for collecting information relating to the preferences determined by a User during their visit to a specific web page. CORR MEDICAL S.L. uses cookies in order to facilitate navigation and provide personalized content.

• Legislation and Jurisdiction: The relationship between CORR MEDICAL S.L. and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations. Any controversy that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be strictly submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Amposta (Tarragona).
